Our cancellation policy aims to protect the dedication and livelihood of our GigWorkers who rely on Gigify. If you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours of the job, a 1-hour cancellation fee will apply. However, if you book a job for the next day and cancel within 3 hours of booking, there won't be any charges. We understand emergencies can happen, and if you encounter such a situation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you. Our goal is to create a fair and supportive environment for both Clients and GigWorkers.
If you have a dispute with a charge on Gigify, you can contact Gigify support directly from the particular booking's details page. We will investigate the dispute and take appropriate action.
Gigify uses a rating system to help customers find the right service providers for their job and budget. Customers can rate service providers on a scale of 1 to 5 stars after the job is completed.
Gigify accepts payments via credit card, debit card, Revolut and Wise. Alternatively you may choose to top up your profile wallet and charge gigs to your wallet

If you are having trouble communicating with a service provider due to a language barrier, you can contact Gigify support. They will help you to find a service provider who speaks your language or help with translation
You can reach out to us through the support chat in the app or send us an inquiry via email to [email protected] where we will answer and make sure any issues are resolved.
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, you can request a refund from Gigify. You will need to provide evidence of the problem, such as photos or videos. Gigify will review your request and decide whether to issue a refund. It is also important for you to leave a relevant review for the service provider.

Communication is key here, there is no specific time how long a remote gig should take. It's important that both client and gig worker agree on a number of hours of work and the rate, and that if there is extra hours of work done it is communicated to the client and amnded in the invoice after completion of services.
Payment will enter the worker's wallet for withdrawal 1 week after gig completion
"Step 1: Sign up or log in to your Gigify account. If you haven't already, create an account on Gigify or log in to your existing account.
Step 2: Locate your unique referral link. Visit the ""Referral Program"" section within the app, where you'll find your unique referral link. This link is essential for tracking the users you invite and ensuring you receive credit for their activity.
Step 3: Share your referral link. Share your referral link with friends, family, colleagues, and social media followers. You can do this via email, text, or other preferred communication methods.
Step 4: Encourage new users to explore Gigify. Remind your referrals about the €5 Gigify credit bonus they'll receive once they reach a total service order value of €50 (excluding materials). This incentive will encourage them to explore and use the app's services.
Step 5: Track your earnings. Keep an eye on your referral earnings within the ""Referral Program"" section of the app. You'll earn a 5% commission on your referrals' service orders once they reach the €50 threshold."
Reach out to the gigify support team and they will help you find a replacement along with a refund. Please note that you aill also be able to leave a negative review for the worker, especially if they didnt inform you about their expected abscence.

Yes, you will still full have access to the Gigify App while you are in the process of obtaining your certificates or Documents. However, you will not be visible to clients to book you for gigs until we've verified the documentation.
If you have a technical issue on Gigify, you can contact Gigify support. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. (Screenshots and screen recordings are a big help to us in this case)
If you have a problem with a customer on Gigify that you can not solve yourself, you can contact Gigify support. They will help you to resolve the issue.
If you have a dispute with a payment on Gigify, you can contact Gigify support. They will investigate the dispute and take appropriate action.
You can track your earnings on Gigify by logging into your account and going to the "Statistics" page. This page will show you a breakdown of your earnings for adjustable time slots
Once we have confirmation that the gig went well, Gigify will send you the money for the gig 7 days after completion. Money is sent into the gig worker's connected stripe acount and the Gig Worker may chose to withdraw their amounts to their bank account any time after that.
Some services which we deem 'remote friendly' will allow you to provide the service not in person. Should you only wish to do remote jobs, kindly indicate this in the work range section of your Gig Worker App.
If you are a TCN (Third Country National) in Malta you have the option to easily join one of our partner fleets. During Sign-Up (VAT Declaration section) Kindly indicate to us that You do not have a VAT Number because you are a TCN and we will conbtact you with further fleet details. Alternatively you can contact gigify support team and we will guide you step by step on the proceedure.
No, all GW are able to plan by themselves their vacation and turn on this mode. Gigify will never ask you to define the number of vacation days.
No, there is no minimum working hour time frame for GW. You can set your own availabilities and work as much you want.
You can obtain a VAT number by registering with the Maltese VAT Authority. You can find more information on how to do this on the VAT Authority's website.
